Policies and Regulations of Success

Please read the following policies carefully before registering in any training program.

Registering with Success or paying any part of the fees constitutes explicit acceptance of all the following terms and commitment to comply with them.

1. Registration and Admission Policy

Registration in any training program is considered final once payment is completed or the first installment is paid.

The center has the right to cancel any student's registration in case of behavior that violates regulations, instructions, public morals, or the ethical rules adopted by the academy.

The student must provide personal data accurately as shown in official identification and bears full responsibility for any certificate data errors resulting from incorrect input.

2. Postponement and Credit Freeze Policy

The student may submit a postponement request only once and only for the same training program, with additional fees.

A postponement request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the course start date. Requests submitted after the course starts are not considered except in force majeure cases as determined by management.

Frozen financial credit remains valid for use for 6 months only from the postponement date; after that, the student's right to claim it expires.

3. Installment and Financial Commitment Policy

If the installment system is selected, the student must pay installments on the agreed due dates at registration.

Center management may immediately suspend the student's access to in-person lectures or block access to the e-learning platform if payment is delayed by more than 5 days from the installment due date.

Certificates, transcripts, and graduation statements are not issued until all due tuition fees are fully paid.

4. Scholarship and Exceptional Discount Policy

Scholarship discounts are granted based on registration priority and limited seat availability. The center reserves the right to stop the offer once capacity is reached.

Non-refundable: Programs with discounts exceeding 50% are not eligible for any refund policy due to reserved subsidized seats.

5. Schedule and Instructor Change Policy

Success reserves the right to adjust lecture schedules, change instructors, or change training rooms (in-person or virtual) when absolutely necessary, while notifying students through approved communication channels in sufficient time.

6. Platform and E-Learning Policy

Platform accounts are personal and must not be shared. Detection of multiple logins may result in automatic account suspension without fee refund.

Recording, photographing, or republishing the center's educational content is prohibited. Violations are subject to legal liability and prosecution for intellectual property infringement.

7. Attendance and Certificate Policy

To be eligible for a certificate, the student must attend at least 80% of total course hours (in person or online).

Certificate issuance requires successfully passing the final exam.

Any change to the student's name after certificate issuance due to student data-entry errors will incur additional fees.

8. Consent and Acknowledgment Clause

Completing online registration or paying any part of training fees constitutes clear legal and implicit consent to all policies and regulations listed above, and acknowledgment of commitment to them without condition.
