How to create an account

From the home page, click the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page to go to the registration screen.
In the first step, “Personal Information”, fill in: full name in Arabic, full name in English, email, phone number, password and confirmation, gender, date of birth, and country.
Click the “Continue” button to move to the second step, “Verify your account”.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email — enter it in the dedicated field to verify your email.
Click the “Register” button to complete creating your account. On success, you will be redirected to the platform.

On the sign-in page, click the “Forgot password?” link below the password field.
Enter the email address registered to your account, then click “Send” to request a verification code.
Open your email and copy the verification code sent by the platform.
Enter the code in the dedicated field and click “Confirm” to verify your identity.
Enter your new password, re-enter it for confirmation, then save the changes. You can now sign in with the new password.

From the main menu, go to the “Training Courses” page to browse the available courses.
Use the departments and categories at the top of the page to filter the list and quickly find the course that fits your needs.
Click a course card to open its details page and review the content, instructor, hours, and price.
Click the “Subscribe Now” button to go to the checkout page, then pick a payment method (online payment or direct payment).
Complete the payment steps. On success, the course appears in “My Courses” — it may stay under review briefly before the subscription is fully activated.

From the top menu, click “My Courses” to open your course list.
Under the “Current Courses” tab, pick the course you want to continue and click its card.
The course details page will open, where you can follow the lectures and view the schedule and dates.
When the lecture time starts, click the “Join Lecture” or “Mark Attendance” button at the top of the page to join.
Use the page tabs to navigate between Overview, Files & Resources, Attendance, Financial Info, and Discussions to follow everything about the course.
